For anyone who has followed college football over the years, there are very few rivalries quite like Bedlam. Every year Oklahoma and Oklahoma State provide college football fans with some incredible memories.
Because of Oklahoma going to the SEC, this was potentially the final matchup between the two in-state rivals, and it was a day Cowboys fans will never forget.
The Cowboys held on to win in a thrilling 27-24 game that all but eliminates Oklahoma from the national title talks, while it kept Oklahoma State in position to win the Big 12. After the game, the Cowboys celebrated with some music from a certain famous musician who has been involved with football recently, Taylor Swift.

The Cowboys got the 2023 season off to a 2-0 start, but then had a shocking 33-7 lost to South Alabama in Stillwater. The followed that up with a tough loss at Iowa State, but have looked like a completely different team as of late, winning five consecutive games. They are now in a great position to earn a berth in the Big 12 Championship.
After a 7-0 start, the Sooners have lost 2 consecutive games and now really aren’t in the College Football Playoff race. The Sooners are still in the thick of things in the Big 12, but have fallen off after the big win against Texas earlier in the year.
