Ole Miss drops intense hype video ahead of Saturday night game at Texas A&M

Ole Miss released an intense hype video prior to Saturday’s tilt against Texas A&M.

This will be an important road game for No. 15 Mississippi. The hype video included dramatic background music and highlights from games in recent years. The video also included clips from previous Ole Miss-Texas A&M matchups.

The end of the video showed former Ole Miss safety Cody Prewitt walking around Kyle Field before a previous Ole Miss-Texas A&M game. He talked about how the game will be fun.

For Ole Miss, this series has not been filled with a ton of fun moments. Texas A&M holds a 9-2 series record over Ole Miss in 11 meetings. Mississippi won the last meeting in 2021, 29-19. With that win, Ole Miss snapped a 3-game losing streak against Texas A&M that lasted from 2017 to 2019.

This year’s meeting will take place at an important juncture in Mississippi’s season. Last week, Ole Miss suffered a 45-20 loss to LSU. Ole Miss entered that game with an unbeaten record and it was the 1st loss of the season for the Rebels.

Ole Miss will hope to take advantage of Texas A&M’s recent struggles. Texas A&M experienced 3 consecutive loss to Mississippi State, Alabama, and South Carolina. Ole Miss and Texas A&M will play at 7:30 p.m. ET.
