Ole Miss is a constant draw for any SEC football fans on social media, and the Rebels used a recent viral craze to get another top-notch video out on X (formerly Twitter).

Recently, the morning routine produced by fitness influencer Ashton Hall on social media has gone viral across the web. That’s because of the zany and wild nature of his process that begins around 4 am.

In Hall’s video, he wakes up just before 4 am, complete with tape across his mouth. He then embarks on a 6-hour journey that includes balcony push-ups, darkroom meditation sessions, gym workouts, a dip in the pool and seemingly random ice baths for his face.

Ole Miss got in on that craze, using linebacker Tyler Banks to pull off the craze. However, the video by the Rebels leans into the absurd bottled-water placement of Hall’s video while having Banks go through countless face baths in the process.

An unseen individual even tries to get Banks to do one final face bath on the football field after he had donned his helmet, prompting the linebacker to say he is quite finished with the routine.
