As Georgia fans know and the rest of the college football world is learning, Georgia’s defense is truly elite again in 2022. The Oregon offense can be shown as Exhibit A.
In Week 1, Georgia dominated then-No. 11 Oregon in a 49-3 blowout. Since then, the Ducks have been able to put points on the board without much trouble.
In fact, Bo Nix and company scored on 13-straight drives in the last 2 games.
Oregon’s first-team offense has scored on 13 straight drives since they were held without a touchdown against Georgia week one. They scored 7 straight touchdowns vs Eastern Washington week 2 before being pulled, and now today vs No. 12 BYU they’ve scored six straight times.

Oregon blew out Eastern Washington 70-14 in Week 2. The Ducks, now ranked No. 25, are currently beating No. 12 BYU 38-7 in the 3rd quarter.
After the BYU game, the only ranked opponent remaining on Oregon’s schedule is No. 14 Utah on Nov. 19. Dan Lanning’s squad looks to have a strong shot at a Pac-12 title if the Ducks can keep scoring like this.
As for Georgia, the No. 1 Dawgs have outscored Oregon, Samford and South Carolina 130-10 through Week 3.
