Arkansas’ mascot Tusk and the Razorback football program sent their condolences following the passing of LSU mascot Mike VI Tuesday.
Among the numerous notes, cards, flowers and stuffed animals left at Mike the Tiger’s habitat nearby Tiger Stadium was a vase of purple and gold flowers with a card that reads: “Goodbye old friend. May your hunts be fruitful and prosperous at those great hunting grounds in the beyond. -Tusk IV and the Arkansas Razorbacks.”
Several other mascots and universities have also sent their condolences for the live LSU mascot, who passed away on Tuesday. Mike VI served as the Tigers’ mascot from 2007-2016
