The perfect scenario includes never even thinking about the officiating — for that means there’s no egregious mistakes made.
In the case of Monday’s National Championship Game between Alabama and Clemson, head referee Mike Defee is drawing attention for all the right reasons:

Hailing from the Big 12 Conference, the 54-year-old Defee is the lead referee in tonight’s conference. He’s taken social media by storm with his impressively massive biceps.

Famed NFL official Ed Hochuli is affectionately known for his own physical prowess. However after tonight, he may have some competition — literally and figuratively — for the title as football’s most jacked referee.
