Payton Marie Miller’s latest painted rock mural honors the Pride of the Southland, the University of Tennessee’s marching band since 1869, prior to today’s game against North Texas.
Miller also included a Eiffel Tower peace symbol, honoring those killed in Friday’s terrorist attacks in Paris:
