Ole Miss moves up in Coaches Poll, stays put in AP poll

Ole Miss moved up two more spots in the Coaches Poll this week, settling in at No 19 after a 27-19 win at Auburn on Saturday. It’s the second straight week the 7-2 Rebels moved up two spots.

The highest they’ve been in the Coaches Poll all season was No. 5, after its early win against Alabama. Losses to Florida and Memphis dropped them all the way to No. 23 two weeks. ago.

Ole Miss remained No. 19 in the Associated Press poll. It had moved up five spots last week in the AP poll, going from No. 24 to 19. The highest the Rebels have been ranked in the AP poll was No. 3

The Rebels play Arkansas this Saturday at 3:30 p.m (ET) in Oxford. The game will be televised by CBS.

LSU and Alabama are the two highest-ranked SEC teams. They play Saturday night in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
