Billed as a man-child dating back to the 8th grade, 2017 5-star prospect Dylan Moses looks like a college senior.

There might not be a more impressive looking prospect physically in this class. The 6-foot-3, 235-pound linebacker committed to Alabama this past October. Moses has the ability to play on both sides of the ball as both a ‘backer and as a running back.

While he is committed to the Crimson Tide, his pledge may not be incredibly strong.

According to a report from The Times-Picayune, Moses will take his final official visit to LSU this weekend. The news is significant on a number of fronts. For one, LSU is Alabama’s biggest rival in the SEC West next to Auburn.

Secondly, Moses is originally from Baton Rouge. He prepped at a local high school before leaving to join IMG Academy in Florida for his senior season. Moses was also committed to LSU as a 15-year-old high school freshman.

Since taking over as the full-time head coach, Ed Orgeron has unquestionably made Moses a major priority.

Alabama has to be a bit concerned at the timing of this visit — considering it will occur right before the dead period. Not only that, but Moses is slated to enroll in January at whichever school he ultimately signs with.
