Georgia wide receivers coach Tony Ball is expected to join the LSU staff in the same position, according to 247Sports.

Reports surfaced earlier this week that Ball was set to interview for the vacancy, among other candidates, and apparently he made an impression on LSU head coach Les Miles.

Ball would be the third offensive assistant to leave this offseason for the Bulldogs. Former offensive coordinator Mike Bobo accepted the Colorado State head coaching job, and he took offensive line coach Will Friend with him.
