Report: Auburn’s visit with former Baylor QB Jarrett Stidham went very well
Auburn’s quarterback situation could get interesting next season, and that’s not a bad thing.
Jarrett Stidham, the No. 2 dual-threat quarterback prospect for the Class of 2015, left the Baylor program following Art Briles’ firing and has been looking for a new home. Stidham is supposedly interested in Texas A&M, but another SEC school may have caught his eye.
The former Baylor quarterback, who threw for 1,265 yards, 12 touchdowns and only two interceptions in a reserve role during his freshman season, stopped by Auburn for a quick visit on Tuesday, but he must have liked what he saw. Stidham took in a Tigers basketball game on Tuesday night with coach Gus Malzahn, and the talks apparently went well.
"He was planning on stopping in last night but decided to stay, I am told it went very well"

Stidham decided to turn his quick trip into an overnight stay, which can only be good news for Auburn’s chances at the dual-threat quarterback.
