Report: ‘Political forces’ ready to save Miles from ‘well-orchestrated plan’

Les Miles isn’t gone yet. At least not according to Football Scoop, which reports “political forces” involved in the LSU football program are stepping in to help the coach save his position.
Football Scoop said multiple sources told it today that, “If LSU wins, there now is a very real chance Les hangs on.”
The Baton Rouge Advocate, which heightened the speculation about Miles’ job with a Scott Rabalais’ column reporting Miles had to win his last two games, went to twitter to refute Football Scoop’s report.
Sticking w/ our 1st report from @RabalaisAdv:
– Les coaching for job in final 2 gms
– buyout non-issueThat's it. https://t.co/gYqedstOyB

When FootballScoop said to a source, “So perhaps (athletic director Joe) Alleva played his cards too early?” the response was, “Perhaps; but maybe this was orchestrated above Joe and the ultimate goal was to force a change there.”
Football Scoop alleges that a “well-orchestrated plan” was undertaken by some at the school in an effort to run Miles off.
