During Saturday’s win over Ohio, the Tennessee Volunteers suffered some tough news on corner Cameron Sutton.
According to 247sports, sources have indicated that the preseason all-conference selection has broken a bone in his right foot. It isn’t known specifically as to where the injury occurred, although there’s speculation it may be in Sutton’s ankle.
This is a devastating blow for the Vols. Not only is Sutton UT’s best defensive back, but the team is scheduled to face hated rival Florida (and stud receiver Antonio Callaway) next week in a massive SEC East showdown.
