Usually when defensive linemen score touchdowns, we call them “Fat Guy Touchdowns.”
But All-America defensive lineman Robert Nkemdiche is way too fit and athletic for that label.
With Ole Miss leading 27-0, Hugh Freeze put Nkemdiche in at fullback, and ran a play-action pass to Nkemdiche for a 31-yard touchdown. He sure didn’t look like a defensive lineman, and we’re quite positive Nkemdiche could literally play every position on the field. He’s now played fullback, running back, defensive end and defensive tackle.
