Bowl season has a unique way of bringing out the best of college football. Bowls are a chance for fans to measure their team against its equal from another conference; often a storybook ending in a dramatic bowl victory can put a bow on a positive season. For every heartwarming story of Boise State winning the Fiesta Bowl, however, there must equally be a Gus Malzahn trailing UCF at the half despite their quarterback completing 3 of 17 passes.
When expectations go awry, the sad fans take over, and that’s where we come in. This is Sad Fans.
