Sam Pittman celebrates postseason milestone with bowling ball ‘Larry’

Arkansas is officially bowl-eligible for the 2022 season after pulling off Saturday night’s 42-27 upset of the Ole Miss Rebels.
While it has been far from a perfect season for the Razorbacks with some sputtering between reaching this point, head coach Sam Pittman has been one of the biggest factors in turning around a team that was once one of the lowliest in the Southeastern Conference. Now that Arkansas has achieved eligibility, Pittman is just the fourth head coach in program history to lead his team to bowl eligibility in each of his first three seasons, joining Lou Holtz (1977-79), Ken Hatfield (1984-86) and Houston Nutt (1998-00).
