Florida and Alabama have a colorful history when it comes to battling on the football field. Many of them have involved high stakes – and high reward.

While Alabama has been a national powerhouse practically every year under Nick Saban, the Gators have struggled of late. But winning the SEC East in the first year under coach Jim McElwain was a pleasant surprise. The Gators are big underdogs against Alabama in the SEC Championship Game in Atlanta, but they are still glad to be there.
