SEC lands 2 players among semifinalists for Biletnikoff Award

The Southeastern Conference was represented by 2 players when the list of semifinalists for the Biletnikoff Award was released on Monday.
The honor is presented annually to the best FBS receiver in the nation. Any player, regardless of position (wide receiver, tight end, slot back and running back) who catches a pass is eligible for the award.
Both Tennessee wide receiver Jalin Hyatt and Georgia tight end Brock Bowers made the cut in the company of several other talented pass-catchers from across the college football landscape.
Here’s a look at the complete list of semifinalists:

- Brock Bowers, Georgia
- Nathaniel Dell, Houston
- Josh Downs, North Carolina
- Zay Flowers, Boston College
- Marvin Harrison Jr., Ohio State
- Xavier Hutchinson, Iowa State
- Jalin Hyatt, Tennessee
- Quentin Johnston, TCU
- Charlie Jones, Purdue
- Rashee Rice, SMU
- Keylon Stokes, Tulsa
The winner will be announced on The Home Depot College Football Awards on Dec. 8, 2022.
