Missouri is currently leading 17-14 over Kansas State as the game nears halftime.

The Tigers’ offense has been electric so far, picking up 2 early touchdowns from Brady Cook. In the first quarter, Cook found receiver Luther Burden on a 47-yard touchdown pass to tie the game.

On defense, Missouri has done a decent job of containing Kansas State’s high-powered offense and has already picked up an interception.

The Tigers are looking to make up for last year’s blowout loss to Kansas State, and they are on the right track early. Missouri will be looking for similar offensive production coming out of halftime to build their lead even more.

Late in the first half, it wasn’t Missouri’s offense that fans were talking about, but rather an error from SEC Network.

During a pivotal drive from Kansas State, SEC Network was playing the Mississippi State vs. LSU game rather than the Missouri-Kansas State game. Frustrated fans took to social media to express their feelings about the mistake.
