Eric Berry’s was perhaps the most heart-warming story of the 2015 NFL season.

The former Tennessee star capped a remarkable comeback from cancer by reclaiming his place as one of the game’s best safeties with another Pro Bowl selection. Berry was diagnosed with Hodgin’s Lymphoma in late 2014, but beat the disease and returned to help the Chiefs win their first playoff game in 22 years. For his efforts, he was named the NFL’s Comeback Player of the Year.

Berry will be among the 20 former SEC players who will gather at Honolulu’s Aloha Stadium on Jan. 31 to play in the annual Pro Bowl game.

Georgia and LSU lead the way with five players each. Florida and Alabama have two each. Auburn, Arkansas, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Tennessee and Texas A&M have one apiece.

Hall of Famers Jerry Rice and Michael Irvin will serve as alumni team captains for their Pro Bowl teams.
