Five-star recruit Justin Fields is certainly an electrifying talent, but his latest camp appearance has coaches elevating him to G.O.A.T. status. The Elite 11 quarterback camp is an event where the nation’s top passers showcase their abilities. According to some coaches in attendance at the camp, the 2018 recruit put on the best performance they had ever seen.
Considering all the quarterback prospects that have made appearances at the Elite 11, that’s quite the bold statement.
Here’s a tweet from Bruce Feldman of Sports Illustrated praising the Georgia native and big time SEC target:
Heard from 3 guys who coach at the @Elite11 & each said Justin Fields is THE most impressive QB they've seen in their 6,7,8 years working it

Fields has been tearing it up this offseason, making an impression at The Opening and other camps and 7-on-7 events. He has been praised for his athleticism, as well as precise passing.
As of right now, Fields is the second-rated 2018 QB behind prodigy Trevor Lawrence, a Clemson commit. The two sit at No. 3 and No. 1 overall respectively in the class according to 247Sports Composite. Fields is big, measuring at 6-foot-3 and just over 220 pounds. He’s also fast, running a 4.51 40-yard dash.
As for Fields’ next step, he is considering Auburn, Florida, Georgia, and FSU as the frontrunners in his recruitment. He’s also made recent trips to Alabama and USC.
Here are some highlights of Fields making defenses look silly in his home state of Georgia.
