The SEC has long been associated with dominant defenses. This season is no exception as four teams have held opponents to less than 20 touchdowns.
Only 7 teams in CFB have given up less than 20 TD's on defense this year. #LSU has only allowed 10, the best mark in the country. pic.twitter.com/WNWwhl1oB4

LSU leads the FBS with 10 touchdowns allowed. Alabama is tied with Michigan and Wisconsin for second with 13. Florida and Auburn are both sixth with 15.
Fittingly, several teams are also among the nation’s best scoring defenses. Alabama is second with 12.2 points allowed per game. Florida is fifth with 13.3, LSU is sixth with 13.9 and Auburn is eighth with 15.7.
