Shane Beamer reportedly set to receive renewed commitment from South Carolina
Shane Beamer and the South Carolina Gamecocks defeated Tennessee and Clemson in consecutive weeks to end the regular season. The 2 top-10 wins improved the Gamecocks to 8-4 overall and 4-4 in the SEC.
As a result of that impressive finish, the Gamecocks are reportedly set to give Beamer a raise and extension, per Chris Clark of Gamecock Central.

Beamer’s Gamecocks went 6-6 in the 2021 regular season and just 3-5 in SEC play. In Beamer’s 2nd season at the helm, the team picked up wins over Kentucky, Texas A&M, Tennessee, and Clemson en route to its best regular-season record since 2017.
