So far, so good: Georgia QB JT Daniels receives great reviews halfway through UGA debut

Georgia quarterback JT Daniels is off to a good start in his Bulldogs career.

He completed 13-of-17 passes for 204 yards and two touchdowns in his first half of football with Georgia.

Here’s his touchdown to George Pickens:

Daniels earned his first playing time of the season in this game after Georgia coach Kirby Smart decided to bench Stetson Bennett during UGA’s off week. Bennett completed just 55.6 percent of his passes and threw six interceptions in six games.

Mississippi State has played well enough to force a 17-17 tie at the half.
