Social media flames Arizona State for Red Zone struggles vs. Texas

Arizona State is playing what has to be one of the most frustrating games of all time for their fans.
The Sun Devils trail Texas 17-8 and have yet to find the end zone. But it’s not from lack of opportunity – that’s for sure. The Longhorns defense has allowed Arizona State several trips to the red zone, and none have ended with a touchdown. The Sun Devils have missed a field goal and turned it over on downs twice already just 3 quarters in. But even after all of that, the Sun Devils still have a chance with time dwindling.
“Anticlimactic” is a good way to describe the Sun Devils so far. They’ve moved the ball well and have played fair defense – including a safety to keep them in it after a failed 4th down within the 10-yard line. Kenny Dillingham’s squad can do the tricks, they just can’t stick the landing.
