South Carolina faces one of, if not its toughest, matchup of the season against the No. 7 Alabama Crimson Tide on Saturday.
The Gamecocks revealed what threads they will be donning ahead of the matchup via X on Saturday morning. South Carolina is going for an icy look, wearing mostly white for the occasion. Shane Beamer’s squad will take the field in white helmets, white pants and white jersey with the logo and writing in bright garnet red.
Here’s a look at those:

South Carolina comes off of a dismal 27-3 loss to the Ole Miss Rebels and will look to bounce back in this one. Before that, the Gamecocks had put together an otherwise promising season, defeating Akron 50-7, giving LSU a run for its money in a 36-33 loss in Columbia and unexpectedly throttling Kentucky, 31-6 in the SEC opener.
Bear in mind that Kentucky is the same team that nearly took down the Georgia Bulldogs in a narrow 13-12 loss in Lexington.
It’s been an equally interesting year for Alabama, but in a much different way. The Crimson Tide come off of an embarrassing 40-35 loss to none other than the Vanderbilt Commodores, ruining their previously undefeated season and taking them off the pedestal of No. 1 team in the nation.
It will be interesting to watch how this one shakes out with both teams set to kick off at noon ET in Tuscaloosa.
