Spencer Rattler reacts to wild start in South Carolina-Oklahoma game

Spencer Rattler is no stranger to South Carolina and Oklahoma. After playing for both teams, he’s very familiar with the two.
The Gamecocks and the Sooners are off to quite the interesting start in Norman, as South Carolina jumped out to a 3-touchdown lead in just the first quarter of action.
The Sooners haven’t been exactly what they were expected to be in their “Welcome to the SEC year”, but even though South Carolina has given a lot of quality opponents a run for their money, hardly anyone expected the team to get in front quite like this and quite this early.
Rattler took to X with a post of two of the hands covering the eyes emojis and the hashtag, #GoCocks.

Rattler is now the quarterback for the New Orleans Saints in place of an injured Derek Carr and has had his fair share of ups and downs as he goes through the growing pains of being unexpectedly thrown into the fire in his rookie season.
He didn’t exactly have the greatest experience at Oklahoma, going from a player who was once expected to be a No. 1 overall draft selection to one who was benched in favor of Caleb Williams. He was able to redeem himself at South Carolina as one of the SEC’s best quarterbacks, though that didn’t entirely shine through with a subpar offensive line and supporting cast.
It’s safe to say we know Rattler’s rooting interest. South Carolina has a 24-0 lead in the 2nd quarter, with the game airing on the SEC Network.
