Spencer Sanders, a senior quarterback who is transferring from Oklahoma State, is reportedly getting interest from some SEC West programs.

Sanders, who threw for 2,642 yards, 17 touchdowns and 9 interceptions this season, has garnished some interest from Auburn and Ole Miss, Pete Thamel of ESPN reported on Monday.

Sanders is a dual threat quarterback and the former Big 12 Player of the Year. He could be a valuable asset to both teams. He is considered one of the top quarterbacks remaining in the transfer portal.

Ole Miss started off the season strong, but ended the year 8-4 before getting blown out in its bowl game against Texas Tech. A quarterback like Sanders could do big things in taking Ole Miss to the next level.

Meanwhile for Auburn, the Tigers are in a rebuilding stage under the helm of new head coach Hugh Freeze. The Tigers have already seen some success in the portal, and Sanders would be a huge get for the them.
