During Will Muschamp’s radio show on Thursday, a familiar face showed up: former Florida and South Carolina head coach Steve Spurrier.
‘The Ol’ Ball Coach’ is slated to attend the Florida-Tennessee game this weekend in Knoxville.

Spurrier's high school, Science Hill in Tennessee, is naming its field after him tomorrow. That's after Florida did the same this year.

A native of Tennessee, Spurrier will be heading to his former high school on Friday night. The institution is going to name the football stadium after him.
Once the initial pleasantries were exchanged, Spurrier praised Muschamp considerably. Much of his focus centered on Muschamp’s ability to recruit at both Florida and South Carolina.
Spurrier: Thinks Will Muschamp will be a great coach. "They're getting some excellent guys."

Credit Spurrier for being a classy individual through this entire ordeal. His respect for Muschamp is plainly evident, and the ardent pride he has for the South Carolina program appears to be very strong.
