Auburn pass rusher Jeff Holland was one of the biggest surprises of the entire draft for all the wrong reasons. Somehow he went undrafted.

Holland, however, has signed a free agent deal with the Denver Broncos, per Denver’s NBC affiliate’s Mike Klis.

The Jacksonville, Florida, native racked up 13 tackles for loss and 10 sacks in 2017, and putting up that kind of production in the SEC usually means you’re an early-round pick. Although Holland didn’t have a good NFL combine, he should have a great shot to make the Broncos roster.

Holland was rated a 4-star prospect in the class of 2015, and he was ranked as the nation’s No. 8 OLB, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
