Taylor Swift effect: Brock Bowers has amusing reaction to pop star’s football connection
We’ve all heard the rumors linking Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce with a star in the musical world, Taylor Swift.
And the subject isn’t lost on another star tight end — Georgia’s Brock Bowers, who is keeping an eye on the entertainment world while he helps the Bulldogs try to win a 3rd straight national championship.
UGA all-american TE Brock Bowers was asked about the current state of Travis Kelce/Taylor Swift…
"It's a win for tight ends"?

During Monday’s press conference, Bowers took a break from breaking down the Bulldogs’ next opponent (it’s Auburn, this Saturday, by the way) to speak about the juicy Kelce-Swift saga.
“It’s a win for tight ends, I guess,” said the All-American, who as usual contributed mightily to a win on the football field last Saturday with 9 catches for 121 yards and 2 touchdowns in a blowout of UAB that improved the Bulldogs to 4-0.
After all the hard-hitting questions on Monday about football, about trying to beat Auburn on the road to stay undefeated, Bowers’ time with the media ended with that most unlikely question about Kelce and Swift linking the football and music worlds.
“It’s getting a whole lot of media coverage. I’ve seen it, like, everywhere,” said Bowers.
The junior from Napa, California, has 22 catches for 256 yards and 2 touchdowns so far this season.
