Tennessee senior defensive tackle Danny O’Brien was carted off the field during the fourth quarter of Saturday’s game at Texas A&M.
O’Brien experienced a hit to the head while attempting to tackle A&M running back Keith Ford. The senior’s teammates surrounded him as he received medical attention and was placed on a stretcher.

Tennessee announced O’Brien moved “all four extremities” and will be taken to a hospital for “precautionary reasons” shortly after he was taken to the locker room.
