Tennessee’s 2017 recruiting class got a boost on Saturday afternoon as three-star OL Riley Locklear announced his commitment to the Volunteers.
The 6-foot-5, 290 pounder announced his decision on Twitter:

Locklear is the No. 73 offensive tackle recruit in the 2017 class and the No. 3 overall recruit from the state of West Virginia, according to 247Sports.
The Huntington, West Virginia, native was also considering Florida State, Penn State and South Carolina, among others. Tennessee now has a total of 18 commitments in its 2017 class.
