Tennessee wide receiver commit Alontae Taylor on Monday revealed what jersey number he will be wearing in college.

Taylor will wear No. 6 for the Volunteers, he posted on Twitter.

Taylor, who is an Under Armour All-American, re-committed to Tennessee on Dec. 13 after visiting the campus in Knoxville — less than a week after Jeremy Pruitt was announced as UT’s head coach.

He was originally committed to the Volunteers throughout this past football season, but ended up decommitting from Butch Jones’ program on Nov. 12.

Listed as a 4-star WR, Taylor is one of the Vols’ top commits in the class of 2018. He’s the No. 5 overall player in the state of Tennessee, and is listed as the No. 23 receiver in the nation — according to the 247Sports Composite.

The Manchester, Tenn., native will be a key building block in a class sold on hope for the future.

He seems excited to be a Vol:
