Henderson is a transfer for Fresno State, where he was a 3-star recruit and the No. 47 ranked QB in the 2021 class. Henderson originally chose Fresno State over multiple other offers from across the FBS landscape, including several Power 5 offers.
In his two seasons with the Bulldogs, Henderson was only used a handful of times in a backup capacity. He completed 5 of 8 passes for 49 yards, as well as 16 carries for 66 yards in his performances with Fresno State.
As a senior in high school, Henderson played in 5 games, completing 79 of 117 passes for 1,402 yards. He also turned in 15 touchdowns, along with 45 carries for 345 yards and 1 touchdown before the season was cut short by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Henderson is one of the biggest gets by new Texas A&M offensive coordinator Bobby Patrino. Henderson has 3 years of eligibility remaining as he joins the Aggies.
