On Thursday, Texas A&M sophomore linebacker Antonio Doyle Jr. shared a message on Twitter alluding to the fact that his time with the Aggies is over. And it appears that is the case.

According to Brian Perroni of 247Sports.com, Doyle will be leaving Texas A&M, although he has not yet entered the NCAA transfer portal. In Doyle’s tweet, he said it’s been a dream to play for the Aggies and he shared his thanks.

So it appears the tweet will be serving as Doyle’s farewell to the Texas A&M program:

Doyle followed up that tweet by telling college coaches how to recruit him:

Doyle has spent 2 seasons at Texas A&M and played in all 18 games during that time. He’s mostly played on special teams, and this year, he has 7 tackles in 8 games.

A 4-star recruit out of Lutheran High School North in St. Louis, Doyle joined the Aggies as a member of their 2020 class.

Now, Doyle will be on the move to a new college. And perhaps he’ll be looking for a team that will give him a larger opportunity to get on the field on defense.
