Jones (6-foot-4, 175 pounds) is considered the No. 30 overall player at his position from the 2017 recruiting class, according to 247Sports. He picked the Aggies over Baylor, Oklahoma, and several others.
Texas A&M now ranks No. 20 in 247Sports’ 2017 class team rankings.
