Texas A&M reveals uniform combo for Southwest Classic clash in Dallas

Texas A&M revealed its uniform combos ahead of Saturday’s contest against the Arkansas Razorbacks, and it’s a new one as things continue to change in the Mike Elko era.

The Aggies will be hitting the field in maroon jerseys and pants with white helmets. While it technically isn’t the first time Texas A&M has worn this combination it has been quite a while since we have seen it considering that was back in 2013.

Uncommon uniform combos have been a trend as of late for the Aggies, so it will be interesting to watch how they keep that rolling — or if they do — as the season progresses.

The Aggies and the Hogs are set to kick off at 2:30 p.m. CT at on Saturday, with Texas A&M heading into the game as a slight favorite with a technical home field advantage since this is being played in the state of Texas. The Aggies come off of a near-upset loss to Bowling Green, defeating the Falcons 26-20 last Saturday.

How they compete against Razorbacks quarterback Taylen Green and an up-and-down Arkansas team will have a lot of effect on the outcome.
