Texas and Georgia will be in action on Saturday in an SEC Championship Game in a rematch of a wild game from early in the season. The Bulldogs won that game 30-15 in Austin, with the defense holding the Longhorns to 29 rushing yards and also getting 7 sacks.

One of the craziest moments of the 2024 college football season happened in that game, as fans threw water bottles on the field after they were frustrated with a pass interference call. During the clean-up of the bottles, the officials got together and changed the call, which gave the Longhorns the ball and a chance to get back in the game.

There has been an investigation to see who threw the bottles and if punishments should be handed out, but the school determined that no one will be punished.

This incident started a string of plays throughout the college football season where fans started to throw stuff on the field when a call went against their team.

On Saturday, all that is on the minds of Texas and Georgia fans will be doing whatever is needed to win an SEC title. Both teams are in the College Football Playoffs barring something crazy. Texas could potentially get up to the No.1 seed overall, while the Bulldogs could potentially get up to the No. 2 spot.
