Texas A&M quarterback Kyler Murray was hit in the head in the third quarter of the Aggies’ game with Auburn on Saturday, and was taken to the locker room for further examination.

The true freshman was making his second start at quarterback for Texas A&M. Last week, Murray threw for 223 yards and a touchdown and rushed for 156 yards and one touchdown in the Aggies’ 35-28 win over South Carolina.

Jake Hubenak replaced Murray at quarterback for the Aggies, and threw a 2-yard touchdown pass to Speedy Noil.
