Week 13 of the 2015 college football season will officially commence Tuesday, but the SEC’s biggest games will once again dominate Saturday’s picture. LSU and Ole Miss set to battle in the most expensive SEC matchup on the secondary market this week, and fans still searching for tickets will find that prices are dropping steadily in the days leading up to kickoff.

Nov. 21: Mississippi Rebels vs LSU Tigers  |  Avg. Price: $264.35  |  Get-in: $129

According to TiqIQ the average price for Ole Miss vs LSU tickets is currently $264.35, which marks a 20.4% tumble from last Tuesday’s average of $332.11. The game saw its peak average on October 18 at $449.70. – a 41.2% decline in average price since.

Back then the Tigers were an undefeated 6-0 while the Rebels were 5-2. However, LSU’s back-to-back losses over the last two weeks has likely made a considerable impact on ticket prices to this week’s game, causing both the average price and get-in price to continue to slide. The cheapest ticket to Saturday’s game at Vaught Hemingway Stadium is now $129.

While hotels will be limited in Oxford this weekend, Hipmunk.com lists many Airbnb listings within walking distance to The Grove. Oxford hotel listings on Hipmunk start from $150 each night. Flights to Oxford can also be arranged from anywhere in the world on Hipmunk.

Nov. 21: Georgia Bulldogs vs Georgia Southern Eagles  |  Avg. Price: $136.34  |  Get-in: $74

Georgia will host the second most expensive SEC game this week against Georgia Southern. Unlike the Ole Miss-LSU game, Georgia’s bout with Georgia Southern has seen ticket prices remain relatively firm over the last several weeks on the resale market. Georgia vs Georgia Southern tickets on TiqIQ own an average price of $136.34, just a 10.4% drop from last Tuesday’s average of $152.29. The get-in price for Saturday’s game at Vaught Hemingway Stadium is $74.

The Bulldogs return to Athens on a two-game win streak. Following a 3-27 loss to Florida three weeks ago they followed with two wins over Kentucky and Auburn to solidify a 7-3 record. The Eagles will face their biggest challenge since Week 8, when they dropped a 31-13 game to the Mountaineers. Saturday’s game will be the final regular season matchup at Sanford Stadium this year.
