Mizzou tabs Conference USA opponent for 2021 nonconference schedule

Mizzou will host North Texas for a nonconference game in 2021, according to a report from FBSSchedules.com.
It will be the second meeting between the Mean Green and the Tigers. They last met on the gridiron in 1995, resulting in a 28-7 win for Mizzou.
Now a member of Conference USA, North Texas represents one of three allowed non-Power 5 games for the 2021 season.
The game is slated to be played at Faurot Field on Oct. 16, 2021, according to the report.
