Saturday Down South ran an article just hours ago describing how the nation’s top JUCO running back, Octavius Matthews, was getting tears in his eyes after receiving an offer from Auburn yesterday. Apparently, those tears were real, as multiple sources on Twitter confirmed his switch from Louisville to join the Tigers.

Matthews, a three-star prospect out of Stevenson, Ala., is ranked as the No. 22 overall JUCO player by 247sports.com. The top-ranked back could be splitting duties carrying the football in 2016 primarily with Jovon Robinson.
