Head coach Butch Jones got a nice surprise Thursday night — as 2017 3-star DB Terrell Bailey announced his commitment to the Tennessee Volunteers via Twitter.

Hailing from Marrero, La., Bailey picked the Vols over offers from Texas A&M, Ole Miss, Arizona, ASU, Arkansas, Houston, South Carolina, and Vandy, among others.
Bailey is a fast-twitch athlete with very good quickness. He’s able to stick with smaller receivers playing in the slot, and can body up bigger pass-catchers with his physical nature.
Bailey became UT’s 25th public commitment for the class of 2017.
