Georgia and Auburn are battling for a win today on the football field. But they are also fighting for a highly-touted recruit’s signature.

Wide receiver Kyle Davis is attending today’s Georgia-Auburn game at Jordan-Hare Stadium. The Bulldogs and the Tigers are currently two of Davis’ top three schools, along with Tennessee.

The 6-foot-3, 218-pound Davis is the No. 1 receiver in the nation, according to ESPN and 247Sports. He is a senior at Archer High School in the Atlanta suburb of Lawrenceville, and is expected to enroll in college in January.

Davis caught 67 passes for 1,183 yards and nine touchdowns last year as a junior, and helped Archer reach the Class 6A state championship game.
