Trey Palmer could reportedly follow his former LSU position coach to the Big Ten.

Matt Zenitz of On3 reports that Nebraska is the likely transfer destination for Palmer. Former LSU wide receivers coach Mickey Joseph landed on Scott Frost’s Cornhuskers staff. Palmer entered the transfer portal on Dec. 16.

Palmer, a Kentwood (Louisiana) High School product, arrived at LSU in 2019. He played 28 games over the past 3 seasons. This season, Palmer posted production highs as a receiver with 30 catches for 344 yards and 3 touchdowns.
