Tua Tagovailoa exited the Miami Dolphins’ game against the Buffalo Bills during the first quarter on Sunday. It is unclear how severe his potential injury may be, but it wasn’t a good sight to see the former Alabama quarterback getting carted to the locker room.
Tagovailoa appeared to get injured while taking a hard hit on an incomplete pass as Miami was going for it on a 4th-and-2 from the Buffalo 48-yard line:

Although Tagovailoa walked off the field, he was then carted back to the Dolphins’ locker room at Hard Rock Stadium:

Tagovailoa went 1-for-4 for 13 yards over Miami’s first 2 possessions of the game. He had been looking to lead the Dolphins to a 2-0 start after they beat the New England Patriots in their season opener last week.
