To no surprise, Florida linebackers Jarrad Davis (ankle) and Alex Anzalone (arm) are not dressing and won’t play in today’s Outback Bowl vs. Iowa.

“Like a lot of people, it’s just one of those positions we’re down bodies right now,” McElwain said after Friday’s practice. “So we’ll do some things in nickel and dime packages that will be a little bit different, and we’re going to have to confuse them a little bit with pressures out of that as well.”
Redshirt freshman Kylan Johnson is expected to make his fifth start at linebacker while true freshman Vosean Joseph is now in line to make his first.
Johnson moved into the starting lineup after Anzalone broke his arm in a loss at Arkansas on Nov. 5 — the same game Davis further injured his ankle.
With David Reese (wrist surgery) also unavailable, senior Daniel McMillian and redshirt junior Cristian Garcia should also be in the mix.
Florida-Iowa will begin play at 1 p.m. ET on ABC.
