Ultimate troll? LSU’s kicker explains what was on his mind before game-winning kick

Kickers must have strong confidence in themselves at all times, especially when a potential game-winning kick is on the line.
That was the case for LSU’s Cade York, who hit a 57-yard field goal to beat Florida in The Swamp, 37-34.
After the game, York told reporters what he was thinking before the kick.
“What I was thinking about before the kick was running down the field doing the Gator Chomp,” York said, per Wilson Alexander.
The winning kick came with 23 seconds left in a game that had six lead changes, more than 1,000 yards of offense, and a blanket of fog thick enough to force the broadcast to change camera angles.
York made 3 field goals in the game, a 39-yarder and a 30-yarder before the big one at the end. Coming into the game, York was 11-for-14 on the season for field goals, and connected on all 27 extra points.
The victory lifted LSU to 4-5 on the season, while the Gators fell to 8-2.
