Vanderbilt will look for its first conference win of the year on Saturday when it hosts Kentucky (6-3, 4-3 SEC).
The Commodores (2-7, 0-5 SEC) have lost 4 straight but looked competitive against Missouri a week ago and nearly topped South Carolina in Columbia on Oct. 16. The Cats pose a test but they’ve lost 3 straight games of their own. If there’s anything to the “look good, feel good, play good” credo, maybe this is the weekend for Vanderbilt.
The team announced that it’ll be wearing an alternate uniform for Saturday’s game on Thursday, and it’s a sleek kit.
